way to long foe parts and service, screwed up job multiple times, broke parts, still not fixed, then tried to sell/make us buy the car they gave us to use while fixing ours, still not fixed, not happy at all!!!
I have literally been trying to get my vehicle back for weeks. He has told me it's ready about 10 times now. I have physically gone to the shop four times to pick up the vehicle. Start with honesty. Your reputation is only as good as your word. Do not ever go this shop.
2 hours from rochester the input seal on my transmission started leaking. Was referred to this shop by a local parts store. Jason was able to get me a new torque converter, seal & bushing installed. Price was reasonable and he was able to get the work done quick. I drove the rest of the way to portland oregon with no more noise, no more leaks, and much smoother operation overall. Couldn't have been more relieved.
Took a week to get in, had an appointment at 730 am then i had to wait 45 minutes for them to get done talking and look at it. Had an hour of investigating in it. Got told to bring it back a week later to look at it some more. Brought it back to be told "I'm pretty sure it's the instrument cluster" you owe us $100 dollars for looking at it. Then they told me they would call me back with part information and they haven't called back.. I've called 3 times so far over a weeks period and left messages to speak to the owner.. Honestly I heard all good things. Then I took my trailblazer here for a tranny rebuild. I was told 3 days to do it. It took a week and a half and was still messed up. Needles to say it's in for a 4th rebuild as of today in less than 2 months. Each time took a week and a half. I only had it back for 2 or 3 days and would have to take it back again.
