I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience, conveying the seriousness of lack of communication with me, the patient, and medically necessary documentation. At Southeastern Spine Institute, specifically with Dr. Frisch, MRIs were ordered on two separate occasions without the documentation required by my insurance company to establish medical necessity. SSI PT is a superior Physical Therapy practice. (Keep that in mind, no matter where your prescribing CHS practitioner is affiliated.) Clinic Manager, Dr. Bassam Kassab DPT listens (attentively,) evaluates, prescribes, educates and executes with diligence and concern. Ridiculous weight times for both Physician(Over an hour) and checkout (Over an hour due to Novant and data conversion) to get a shot and another wait. Novant buying these practices and the hospital is a nightmare. I will go to MUSC
