I went there 20 years ago to Dr. Palette, I thank that was his name, he was new at that time. Told me I was to fat and to lose weight and that he couldn't help me. Some relief that was, been in pain ever since and live with it. I did weight 320 at that time and now I'm 210 and it's even worse. So much for his diagnostics.
I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience, conveying the seriousness of lack of communication with me, the patient, and medically necessary documentation. At Southeastern Spine Institute, specifically with Dr. Frisch, MRIs were ordered on two separate occasions without the documentation required by my insurance company to establish medical necessity. SSI PT is a superior Physical Therapy practice. (Keep that in mind, no matter where your prescribing CHS practitioner is affiliated.) Clinic Manager, Dr. Bassam Kassab DPT listens (attentively,) evaluates, prescribes, educates and executes with diligence and concern.
