I love the doctor in Athens, TN. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail. He made me very comfortable with the laser eye surgery I had. When I had discomfort he would let me relax for a minute and then he would continue. Great experience!!!
My husband has been going to Dr Miller for over a year. Yes sometimes we have had to wait a long time due to someone with more urgent needs. It is better to wait then make the drive to Knoxville. I am very appreciative that him and his staff make the drive to Athens TN.
I read the few lowest rated reviews talking about how rushed people felt being taken between different stations…being herded like cattle…and witnessed it myself today. Only one station closed their doors and the other two left them open while patients were getting their tests done…no patient privacy. I can’t believe how rushed everything was. When I did see the doctor it didn’t get much better as he was telling an associate a personal story as he comes in and I’m sitting there having to listen to it. I didn’t like the whole ... read more
Took a family member here. Great staff great Dr. I have only one reply. To all the staff. Please slow down. I know you have a lot of patience, but especially with your older patients. Slow down. Even try to ask if they’re alright at times. And know your patience’s. If they have other issues, like. Dementia, it might be hard for them to respond to quick asked questions. Just SLOW DOWN!!! It felt really pushed. They were all nice don’t get me wrong. Just very, doing there job, and it didn’t matter if it was a patient or a robo... read more
