I woke up half blind in one eye. Desperate for answers this was the 2nd specialist I had went to in 24 hours. I noticed the sign on the front desk that read they have a no tolerance for disrespect. I thought it was kind of Strange. But seeing as how I left with tears in my eyes Due to the doctor treating me like I was wasting his time, I see why they had it now. Terrible place. DO BETTER. My husband had an appointment and his eyes were dilated. When it was time to leave, he was having trouble seeing to walk. He asked for help to the car where I was waiting for him. All the staff did was walk him to the front door and refused to even step outside to help him to the curb. The staff didn't even wait with him outside for the two minutes it took to call me and for me to pull the truck around to the curb to pick him up. My mother saw Dr. Miller and he was excellent with her and there was times she did have a little while longer than usual but his care with her was worth it. So now I just had to retina reattachment surgery and my dr is Dr. Perkins and he is one of the most kindest Drs I've ever been to and I didn't have to wait long at all and great bedside manner. Would recommend him anytime and the nursing staff was super nice to me and my family that accompanied me
