I've been in the janitorial business for years and this is by far the worst supply company I have ever dealt with. They never deliver the right order, when you actually get the delivery you are lucky to have even got it.
$500 lumper fee for 12 pallets. Ridiculous. Our load was 20 miles. Couldn't deliver same day. They did not have a lumper to unload until the next day. We will never deliver here again.
One of the truck drivers is extremely impatient.
Delivered here a few times. Always fast with unloading, maybe an hr or less
