I was referred to Dr. Frye through Lantern insurance as a top-tier physician and drove two hours for the appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Dr. Frye was dismissive, disrespectful, and unwilling to listen to my concerns. After traveling that far based on recommendation, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care. I highly recommend koc in powell the Dr's and staff are so helpful and caring. Dr.short is amazing never had a doctor listen to me or my concerns most of the time they cut me off but not dr.short he fully listened to me and provided great feed back as well as came up with a plan to help me through my recovery.
