We have had a bill we have actively been paying on. When I attempted to pay online after getting it payed down quite a bit it automatically wanted us to set up payment arrangements. It would not let me pay online anymore. My husband went by the office to pay in person and they now have a kiosk you have to sign into before getting into the office. Ho figure it wasn't even accessible. I then attempted to do automatic payment on phone and of course wouldn't you know the pin on the bill they sent doesn't work. This is ridiculous... read more
