I will never go back to KOC again. I came to the walk in cliiic in Powell due to a shoulder injury unable to raise my arm. It happened recently. I did have a previous injury in my shoulder over 6 years ago, but it had not bothered me and was not this injury. They refused to see me due to being seen by another orthopedic doctor for this previous injury over 6 years ago or more!! I waited for an hour and then was told I couldn’t be seen due to not having those previous records. A new injury should not require previous records.... read more

I came in today to see Dr Rappe for knee pain due to a fall. No damage thank goodness but found out i have arthritis and lots of inflamation so he suggested shots. He has a personality that matches mine and isnt a serious bad bedside manner he was awesome eased my mind with a bit of comedy and arogance just enough to make me laugh and sided with my daughter. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the staff is always friendly and helpful and Dr. Davidson did a good job on my foot surgery. The problem I have is that this facility is ALWAYS running late. I have never been called back and seen Dr. Davidson on time, it's always 30+ mins after my appointment time. Today I walked out; I had an appointment at 10:25, I arrived at 10:28 and walked out at 11:23. An hour after my appointment time.
