Be warned, it will take you about 30-45 minutes to see a provider here. They schedule 20+ people at the same time (there are many providers here) and the front desk is very busy talking to each other. The providers are great, however. It just takes a while to see them.

Went in after a visit at Murphy Wainer to get information on setting up PT and pricing. The girls at the front desk were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge us and looked at me as if I was inconveniencing them by walking in. No greeting, just stated are you checking in. This place was awesome in the past and clearly has no concern for patient care. My money and time will be spent elsewhere and it's sad to see a once great business not care anymore. Should have checked the reviews before coming here. Was referred by my doctor. They told me on my first visit in writing that I had reached my deductible and wouldn't owe anything for my visits. Only after my insurance told me, did I call and confirm with them that I owe over $250. I will never be returning, not for more physical therapy or the follow-up. I cannot trust their billing department to accurately represent what I will owe.
