Dr. Dumont is professional and respectful, I wish I could say the same for the rest of the office staff. Front desk staff is very unprofessional & definitely needs to be replaced. Every time I come in she’s never greets me, & speaks as if she doesn’t want to do her job. She has made every visit to the office a negative experience, and honestly it makes me not want to be a patient anymore. I recently saw Dr. Dumont. On Jan 24 immediately was sent in to X-ray, which was awesome all seemed kind. DR. Dumont came in shook my hand, he had a great demeanor great impression. As we started talking I was rushed where he would interrupted me to finish my sentence. I admit i have brain trauma my memory and thought process is delayed. I would be interrupted so he could talk to the nurse.I was trying to give him a history of arthritis and the back injuries/surgeries. He immediately refered me to Lexington brain and spine. ... read more
