Let me start by saying I loved my therapist, she was great however the “policy” is disgusting. 1 star I would give 0 if I could. I didn’t show up to 2 appointments due to my anxiety/depression keeping me bed ridden & not able to make phone calls, which was presented to my therapist beforehand. On medications that suicidal thoughts/tendencies are a side effect. Good positive place…..There feed back is great they way they communicate in person & through text messages (appointments)Highly recommend this place.My only suggestion is if your scheduled at a time you shouldn’t have to wait til ten minutes after that to be seen.Is that being lil picky yes…but this is set up on my lunch break.Other than that keep up the great work making are community a better place.
Would NOT recommend to anyone. My counselor from there who was also the director, that I had been seeing for MONTHS, went GHOST on me. No phone calls, text, emails. Nothing. Knowing I was extremely suicidal at the time at that moment. Mandy Bishop is her name. Shame on her and this company for allowing it. I absolutely felt betrayed, lied to, abandoned, every emotion basically. I truly thought I had found the counselor for me. WRONG
