bad customer service
Dr. Neumann has been our vet for 15+ years and has been outstanding. He is kind, affordable and can always make time within a couple of days (usually same day). I trust Dr. Neumann.
I am out of state and left my dog with family in CO while my family travels for business. My dog sustained an injury while away. She is old and a bit anxious and does best with a mobile vet. Feeling helpless out of state, I came across this vet on my google search. Upon calling, I briefly explained my needs and mentioned my dog is a bit anxious. Without any further questions, the doctor very bluntly told me he would not help me because "if anxious means aggressive, then no I don't want to see it". He did not ask any further ... read more
I was not able to drive so when I saw that my dog's paw might be infected from a previous wound I was extremelyworried. Dr. Newmann was kind enough to drive to South Parker to help. Thankfully, Rookie's paw is fine, but I cannot tell you how appreciative I am. I should add that his price was very affordable and much less than I was expecting.
