I ordered a portable nebulizer and paid for 2 day shipping. I received a phone call from a service person who said that i needed a perscription for the nebulizer (which is not true). I explained that I had left a message for my doctor's office to fax one in but that I really needed the nebulizer sent out that day because I was going out of town. Was not customer friendly. Ordered online. Next day was called and told could only ship to credit card address They canceled my order since I am a traveler and I am never at home. They suggested I make arrangements for someone to pick up the order at my home address and ship it to where I was located to complete the order. (nuts) Weeks later called to inquire about refund.
