I have been a patient here for many years. The change over of physicians and office staff over the years plays a huge role in the way this place is being ran. They never answer the phone and the voicemail is always full so you can’t leave a message and they ignore refill request from the pharmacy and all attempts that the patient makes to contact them about the request. they NEVER do what they say they are going to do when it is time for a refill on medicine. Phone justs rings and rings....
dont come here talked to a nurse on the phone she was so rude i couldn't deal so i just hung up. this place needs to be closed down
Dr Cox is a very good doctor, but I will not be returning back to that clinic. I don't like being told stories by the staff. Mary at the call center needs to be sure of what has happened through the week before she tells a big story,.to a foundation that trying to help keep an RA patient from being in severe pain, and keep the inflammation down. After my experience with this clinic, this week, i dont even rate this clinic a one.
Was on hold for almost 3 hrs. Dr's are good but office staff sucks except Michelle.
