I went in for pain on right side I was sent to get a cat scan it took 6 days of calling their office to get my results when I spoke to someone at this clinic I said I am in pain each time I called and was told they asked for my results and did not get them so I called cape fear to ask if my cat scan report was sent and I was told it was sent the day after I had it done SO I called a different doctors office and was seen the next morning and got my results from my cat scan on that same visit I am happy to say I am getting the... read more
Never have I been able to call for an appointment. I always get a recorded line. They are either not open, or the doctor is not working that week at the facility. When I've needed refills I had to call in yo get them and it would take ( no joke) over a week to expedite it after many screw ups and several " let me transfer you" it's like pulling teeth to get help. The facility is nice andxthecwomen who work the front desk are nice but how the hell this place even functions is beyond me.
