If zero stars was possible I would have put that. This management group is beyond unprofessional. The leasing agent showed up to my tour 30 minutes late without telling us that an application had already been submitted so there was no point in us viewing. Not only did she show up late with no call or text, she stood there looking absolutely miserable and did not give us any info or show us around at all. I highly advise you to STAY AWAY from this management group. They are highly manipulative and raise rent often. My apartment has numerous problems from the moment I moved in (many problems which they never fixed.) READ your lease CAREFULLY before agreeing. It is manipulative and blames you for everything which they will use against you all year. I expected this company to manage and maintain my property, but I was sadly disappointed in all of the damages that they allowed the tenants to leave behind. My property was left filthy, stinking and full of holes. It's very painful to even give them a one star. Management was extremely rude and disrespectful when I discussed my concerns for damages to my property.
