Circling back for an update on my previous review. I stated that I ended up taking my case to a different law firm, who I felt was more equipped to handle my case. I’m leaving another review because when I first signed my contract with David, he stated that I could fire him or vice versa AT ANY TIME throughout my case at no charge. I ended up doing just that. After I spoke with the people in this practice in the beginning, I thought I was in good hands. Until months and months went by and there was 0 communication and no progression in my case. I won’t go into too much detail but I wasted a whole year after getting in my accident with no progress. I would wait months after not hearing from them, finally give them a call and would be told the same thing I was told previously.
