Just moved into the house, and the HVAC system was in total disrepair, which was only apparent with a complete inspection. After our check up it was determined that the entire system needed replacement. # days later the guys showed up, were very good at their job, took time to tell me in detail how the old system was failing and what the new system would do. They did a wonderful job and had the whole project completed in about 6 hours. Can't say enough good things!
Skylar was very professional, detail oriented and great at communicating needed information. Captain Cool has a great representative in Skylar.
Very Knowledgeable. Explained the issues and proved them to this wary Engineer. Quick service as well.
