Team did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Switched to Captain Cool after a nightmare experience with another company. Zach is by far the best tech I’ve ever worked with. Thorough, practical, and realistic with time frames and priorities. Added a photo one the junk he had to deal with. Now, the unit looks totally new!
Saturday afternoon and AJ was ready, willing, and able to come to our rescue regarding air conditioning issues. He was so knowledgeable and wasted no time getting to the bottom of the problem and solving the issues with our system. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future. He was great!!!!
AJ was our technician he did a great job. He had a little bit of trouble troubleshooting and figured it out Fairly quick we would definitely recommend Captain cool and AJ
