Great company to work with, professional and does what they say.
Very friendly and solved our problem quickly.
A power blip on Sunday evening caused both of our A/C units to stop blowing cool air. After attempting our own troubleshooting to no avail, we called Captain Cool. Within 45 minutes of our call, at 7:30 PM Sunday evening, Nas with Captain Cool arrived. He was professional, friendly, and within an hour had both units cooling again. I would definitely recommend Captain Cool.
Communication was good and our tech Zach fixed the problem quick.
