I have visited Southeastern Urgent Care on numerous occasions and have not had anything but the best of care and service. The one thing that I found out is that the providers that work in this office and the ER, do not work for the hospital. This is why the billing seems to look as if something weird is going on. If you can figure out the billing, then you will be fine. Since my initial visit and issue with billing I have had 0 problems.
Took my wife in for a cut on her finger because this was the only place open. We asked the receptionist how it would be billed, would we pay our copay or would it be like an ER visit. Of course she didn't have a clue. Once my wife called to find out the charges, these scammers had billed it like we had walked through the front door of the hospital!! this place is a scam i visted this urgent care for a small illness instead of an urgent care gharge they charged me a ER vist i asked if it would be a urgent care charge and was told that i would be billed for urgent care so do not go here unless your in really bad shape and plenty of money for this scam.
