I had a horrible experience here. I had to travel from an hour away, across time zones, for my 3 month old baby to see the pediatric GI. There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments, at least that’s what they say. I walked through the doors within that 15 minute grace period and waited in line to be checked in. By the time I got to the counter the 15 minute grace period passed. This facility is a joke. The office staff are rude and the appointment scheduling is a nightmare. Be prepared to have several appointments cancelled before actually being seen. There’s a reason they have a sign that states vulgar words towards their office staff is not tolerated when you walk in. Just remain calm and you’ll see how common sense isn’t very common. Disorganized, rude, and untimely. If I could give zero stars I would. Finding a referral elsewhere.

The PA’s at this clinic seemed to do a great job in asking questions and assigning medicine when needed
