Me an my wife go here. Never see the same Dr. Takes too long to get appointment. An who doesn’t take walk ins? I get UTI’s a sinus infection. . U shouldn’t always have to have appointment for this . It’s pain an I need help asap. Not a month down the road
EXTREMELY SLOW AND NO PATIENT CARE OR EMPATHY AT ALL. FRONT DESK CLERK TAKING ABOUT PATIENTS. ONLY THERE FOR A CHECK. I WILL be changing offices you all need to retake your pledge or get out.. you will be on the other side on day!!!
Rest of staff is good but during my trips it seems gatiwala was more concerned about Covid shot than my headaches. I did find me a good medicine to help with them so I applaud their staff for working with me to get me the meds. However after a rough year losing my job , accident and on and on I called today to see about making an appointment to be seen and they were like you haven’t been here in a while idk if we should do that for you. Looks like I’m looking for a new neurologist.
