I wish I could give them zero stars… if I had another choice I would have switched doctors after the first visit. I see an actual doctor here too. My poor care would be understandable if I was seeing a student doctor… for a month and a half now I’ve been waking up with new and scary things happening to my body. I’ve had to deal with it almost completely by myself because ANY unc staff member doesn’t care at all. They DO NOT answer the phones there. It’s nearly impossible to schedule ANYTHING like an appointment or follow up or get medication. This is ridiculous and if you can’t answer the phones how in the world do you make doctors appointments?!?!
