Southeastern Exterminating conducted a termite inspection at our property in 2020. The invoice for service was paid but unfortunately after a month of leaving voicemails emails we have still not received the report of the inspection as promised by John our point of contact. This has been extremely frustrating to say the least. No one ever answers the phones whether you call the Greensboro, Charlotte or toll free numbers. Emails are not answered either.
