From my very first phone call from Southeastern Electrical Services (SES) they tried to have me rewire my whole home even before someone came and took a look at it! One of there people came to to a check on my home and was there for 20minuets and said that old houses flicker and that if I can live with my poltergeist flickering then there is no need to rewire the house.
