Southeastern Cooling came out the very next day to look at my unit. They did a quick, concise assessment, and had a diagnosis as well as the parts to fix my unit. This was all within about 30 minutes with a price that matched the exceptional service. I will be using them from here on out for anything I need. Mrs. Nancy at their home office answered the phone every time I called and provided above and beyond service as well as the technician that came out Thomas.

Same day service. Professional technician. After arriving at our home. When he open the heat pump. He recognized the problem right away. And had our heat pump working less 30 minutes. Thanks Mr. Thomas Hudspeth. I would recommend Southeast Cooling inc. To anyone with a problem with their heating or cooling system.

My unit broke down in July, called them cause my late husband and I had an account with them. He passed away, I had no income. So I couldn't pay them and other places. When I did get income,I'm disabled. Started to pay them and because I missed some payments they refused to come fix it. So during the summer,my dogs and I had no air conditioning.
