Southeastern Construction and Rehab is a contract company through Home Depot. They did an absolutely deplorable bathroom renovation for an exorbitant amount of money over a long period of time. I do not recommend contracting with Southeastern Construction and Rehab!

They owe me $16,400 since June of 2020 its now March 2022 and nothing. I have no choice but to sue. This arm is in Largo Florida only corporate is in GA.
Our project has gone over a year. We have given them almost 30k dollars and our bathroom isn't finished yet. We paid for specialty cabinets upfront for our kitchen and don't know if those were even ordered. We have been lied to since the beginning and not even the president of the company is returning our calls or emails, or text at this point. Do not hire this company. I can not express the amount of stress this has caused trying to locate a person to get an answer from. Run from this company.
This company was referred to us by HOME DEPOT to replace a bathroom and laundry room that had been destroyed from a flood. The office folks are great, but the project is going on over 4 months, with many weeks of no shows and little to no communication from the project manager, unless we chase him down for an explanation. Stay tuned, the job is only about 1/2 done and we need some problems resolved and the work finished.
