I started going to this office in 2019. They called and changed my appointment and Dr. That Dr left and set me up with another Dr. Three years and I haven’t been seen by a Dr only a nurse practitioner. Have trouble every time I go for bloodwork they never sent the paperwork. The girl called and told me today they were canceling my appointment cause I didn’t have my bloodwork done. Had an exceptionally poor experience with the APRN today who was condescending and asked me questions like "Are you taking the antibiotic we prescribed?" How ridiculous & insulting. He insisted we had met before but this was my second visit & I saw the doctor the first time. He couldn't seem to even read the med list and accused me of not updating it when the meds in question were in black & white! When I answered that I felt terrible he said let us know next time & we'll order labs (that is what we JUST DID!) SO MUCH MORE..... read more
This doctor does the bare minimum. Blamed my kidney failure on my diabetes and it has nothing to do with that. Was never tested properly for autoimmune diseases and other tests that my new doctor found in one visit. When I call and leave a VM I don't hear back for weeks. . I also only see the actual doc once and have been seeing her side kick whom I have complained to about my swelling and they again blamed my diabetes qhen this new doc changed my prescription and now the swelling is going away!
