Since the new HOA took over our condo, things have honestly gone downhill. We’ve been dealing with constant hot water issues, and the mailboxes that were supposed to be replaced three months ago still haven’t been touched. I’m wondering if anyone works at this company. We are an owner of a condominium and are trying to get a few Issues resolved. It is next to impossible to get a call back all you get when you call is just the answering service. Recently, they raised the condominium association dues. I thought things were going to get better they progressively have gotten worse. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY! This so called company manages our “HOA” in our neighborhood which is over an hour away from where we live . Maryanne, who is some sort of “secretary” from what it sounds like, seems like a miserable human being also. Overall, this company is a freaking joke. You cannot contact anyone directly. If you request a bass book, they want to charge you. Which apparently the book and bylaws haven’t been updated in over 20 years.
