ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY! This so called company manages our “HOA” in our neighborhood which is over an hour away from where we live . Maryanne, who is some sort of “secretary” from what it sounds like, seems like a miserable human being also. Overall, this company is a freaking joke. You cannot contact anyone directly. If you request a bass book, they want to charge you. Which apparently the book and bylaws haven’t been updated in over 20 years. Wow! People are still giving one stars for the wrong company! Greatly amazed by the amount of professional work with Southeastern Property Management, now known as Southeastern Condo and Real Estate Services, and not to be confused with a different company, Southeastern Michigan Property Management. I made the same mistake and wrote a bad 1-star review for this company when i realized I meant Southeastern MICHIGAN Property Management.
