I am extremely impressed with this company. My general contractor friends used them for their son's roof and were also very pleased. Ryan fought with my insurance company for a solid 6 months. He never gave up on me. He was even at my house to sit with me when the adjuster came in case there were any questions. Ian even had to pull shingles off to send to some lab to try to have them matched. When the insurance company finally got tired of us harassing them, they sent me a check. We are delighted with our brand-new metal roof, expertly installed by Southeastern Roofing & Coating. The team exhibited remarkable professionalism and courtesy throughout the installation process. Although a couple of minor setbacks arose, which could have potentially incurred additional costs, the company generously absorbed these expenses.
