ALWAYS FRIENDLY!! VERY GOOD TECH'S
Poor customer service by receptionist. Doesn't look to resolve problems, the contract is very misleading. Will be cancelling asap. The guy that does the deliveries is fantastic though!
My experience with Southeastern Business Machines was great in the beginning! I had a friendly and informative sales rep and the product itself seams to be adequate thus far. After receiving the equipment and installation the sales rep came back to me the next day, due to a company error. Due to this Southeastern Business Machine company error and how it was addressed, let a bitter taste. As a business when a mistake is made on your behalf, going to the customer and telling them they will be billed for your mistake is absurd... read more
