They did my shower enclosure when my home was built (builder's vendor). When I needed help for problems with it later they said it wasn't their work. They denied it until the builder produced their invoice proving it was. After that they still refused to do anything, including just looking up the manufacturer and model of the shower enclosure they installed so another vendor could order parts. Extremely rude. Would give them zero stars if possible.

This team is a complete joke. Warranty Manager, Derrick, called me the day of my appointment and canceled it with no reason. Just says he can't make it. Super unprofessional. When I was talking with him about the inconvenience of canceling on the same day, Derrick hung up on me mid conversation. When I got him back on the phone later that day, he admitted he hung up because he said, "I didn't want to talk to you anymore." I feel like this company is employing fifth graders. What a joke.
Harry and his team at Southeastern did a phenomenal job designing and installing our new frameless heavy glass shower. We look forward to using them in the future on a custom garage and custom closet design and install.
