Great service and got a great car.
Bought 2 vehicles 1st one was a van it caused me no problems! Paid it off and then it started acting up. 2nd car I haven’t even made 3 payments and timing chain broke.
This place is a joke. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!! We had done our service and recovered their vehicle for them out of Philadelphia. We had called them over 10 times about payments for our services with no direct answer. On the last call we were told the owner said "do what we need to do" and they were not going to pay us or send the proper paperwork to sell the unit in PA.
Horrible Customer service. Who ever works at that front desk I truly don’t understand how that person even has a job. It’s a way to talk to people and a way you don’t talk to people. If that’s how the front desk person acts with me and I barely was able to get a few words out over the phone. I strongly suggest that you look into another used dealer that at least have the morals and principles to know you have to treat people with respect. 1 bad review can spread like a wild fire. Remember that
I bought two Chevy Cruze’s from them last year. They’re in good shape to be 2012 models. They saved my car until I was able to buy it. They’re worked with me to get my daughter her Cruze to where we could afford it. I highly recommend Southeastern Auto Brokers.
