I recently relocated to Pensacola FL from NYC and my first impression of living in a trailer was undesirable but, after visiting multiple trailer homes, I figured this is what it is down here. What I wasn't aware of is the fact that the Deluna trailer homes are extremely well kept in comparison to others! The grounds, trash, landscaping, etc. was exceptional. They evicted me while I was in the hospital with terminal cancer even though I told them I had been approved for the our Florida program to pay my pass due money. And they cashed the check that sent to them on my behalf for 2,400.00!! This place is shistey and under handed don't go there!! The lady who works the office is the worst! And dirty as hell!!
It's a clean friendly mobile home park.with a friendly staff
It is quite and it's friendly. And anything need fixing it gets done with in a day.
Lived here two years good clean ethics!
