I'm extremely disappointed with the dental office's service. My daughter was tearful, and I was trying to offer comfort, but I became the target of criticism. After being forced to leave the room, I discovered that the staff began disparaging me to my daughter. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply upsetting for her.
