Dr. Lentz and the entire team were absolutely amazing! Very professional, patient, and kind from start to finish. Dr. Lentz’s warm smile and gentle approach made the whole experience so much easier and comforting for my child. You can truly tell they care about their patients and make children feel safe and at ease. The office was welcoming, staff was friendly, and the care was exceptional. We had such a wonderful experience at the surgery center. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, patient, and welcoming, which helped ease so much anxiety. my little girl is 6 years old and they did not let me go with her during her surgery. They never MENTIONED that I wouldn’t be able to go with her otherwise I wouldn’t have gone to that clinic, but they sent me in the waiting room without my child. And I was told they were going to put 2 crowns and extract 1 tooth. When she was returned she had crowns all over her teeth, and all was needed was 2 crowns and I tooth extracted.
