Told me I had to pay upfront before surgery for a specialty blade that would not be covered under insurance. Since surgery I discovered from my ins. company they cannot do this; supplies are included in the surgical procedure & paid at the negotiated rate agreed upon as an in-network provider. I should have only been charged for my deductible and/or coinsurance, they cannot pass along any additional charges to me per their contract.
