My experience SWS has been positive and we are very happy with the system we purchased. We recently had an issue with the holding tank and SWS quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue.
SWS does things well & has a lot of integrity. Nathan is excellent If there is anything wrong, he fixes it well, and he is great at explaining the system. I like the office staff; they are very courteous over the phone. I have had my water conditioner system for almost 1 year; the water tastes great & the whole system is nice-looking. It was very much worth the money to have this water softening system installed by them; anybody who decides to use them is blessed to have found them.
