I was extremely impressed with the staff, and especially, Dr. Sanil. She helped Ben and me get through what I thought was going to be an awful day. I found her compassionate, knowledgeable, positive, reassuring and helpful. She even went beyond her scope and discussed his other issues I had concerns about. I am thrilled that I found her to help Ben. I am also happy to see physical therapy is offered and will be starting that once he's able to. I can't thank you all enough! Dr Reese was recommended by my primary care vet for my dog’s neurological issues. It was a second opinion, where the first vet at a big local vet hospital ordered an MRI and did not show me the MRI results. He explained them in a very obtuse manner. Dr. Reese took the time to review the other doctors MRI, explained the results, and offered a treatment plan in a very compassionate manner Dr. Reese should be the only one you bring your pet who gas any neurological issue.
Dr. Mize took his time walking me through the MRI and explaining it. Although he was sharing facts about the declining brain health and sad future of my pet, he did it in a way that was really kind and empathetic while being very professional. Amazing group of Vets and therapist. Took excellent care of my pet and were always available to answer any questions or concerns. Very personable & attentive to your pets needs.
We cant say enough good things about SEVN. Our Frenchie Fillmore had to have spinal disc surgery in 2023. He has been continuing to see Heather for regular PT ever since. She not only helped him to return to full functioning with his back, but also works regularly on his arthritic knees. He’s doing amazing and we really owe it all to Heather and the PT department!
