This is an excellent practice. Everyone at the office was caring and went the extra mile, from the front desk areas, to the vet tech, and doctor. The doctor took the time to explain in detail what was going on, answered questions, did not order unnecessary tests, or rush the process. It can be a nerve-racking feeling when your pet is not feeling well and I know my dog is in good hands at this veterinary neurology office.
Loved how easy and smooth the process was, considering how direly we needed help for our Frenchie. Even after the surgery, I've really appreciated the phone calls to check in on our pup's progress. They really are the best when it comes to neurosurgery for your pet.
From the moment I walked in and was greeted very warmly, I knew Piper and I were in good hands. We were seen immediately by a wonderful technician. Then Piper was taken in for examination. The prognosis was very positive. Dr Reese was very thorough, and I received a great deal of relief from what was told to me about Piper's health. I highly recommend SEVN. Took my pup there after waking up to leg paralysis due to ivdd. Their team is incredible. From the people on the phone setting up the appointment , to the nurses and the doctors. Best veterinary experience I've ever had . Level of care was above and beyond and for a specialized team, they are more then reasonably priced.
Matteo, our 3-year-old British cat, had seizures and I brought him for appointment. All personnel was kind, welcoming and caring. I got subscription and medicine, and received detailed instructions and advice from the doctor. The visit exceeded my expectations and Matteo also liked it and wasn't nervous at all.
