One star because it took 2 month to be seen again for a slipped disk to be sent home (again) with the PROMISE of a PT referral (because apparently they didn’t put it 7 weeks ago when I asked for it) and I had to ask for Motrin. Didn’t even offer another steroid pack. I had to jump through hoops and call the pt advocate to get this appt and you sent me home with things I have already done. Motrin. Met my new primary care physician, Dr Washington. She was very professional and helpful setting me up with audio and pulmonary care in less than 1 week. Received a follow up call to make sure everything went well. The doctor and staff were great to work with. Nice job!
