This office has the worst Physician Assistant in the world named *************************. Her actions has deprived me of receiving the screening Colonoscopy my primary care doctor referred me to their office to get. She arbitrarily decided to escalate the screening colonoscopy referral to a diagnostic one. Hence forcing me to pay around $2000 which made it unaffordable and I had to cancel. Their office staff is extremely rude. The first thing asked when i called to schedule was what insurance do i have? No whats your name or whats going on simply what insurance. Then when i told them i have access as my secondary insurance they told me that Im required by law to use it but they cant see me because using access as a secondary insurance is fraud. Avoid SEVG until they get themselves sorted out. I have been a patient for a decade or so and have been very pleased with the medical services that have been provided by **************** and by *************************. They are both first rate professionals. I won't be returning.The administration has become progressively more awful in the past few years - the "valley girls" on the front desk do not know what they are doing and and are generally rude and make you feel unwelcome, in person and on the phone.
