I just had the most pleasant experience at Southeast Vacuum. I have an Oreck upright, and called the Oreck store in Buckhead to make sure they were open for me to bring my vacuum in for servicing. I was told they had a 2-week turnaround time, and that the Manager or sales person would need to do the servicing because the service tech quit right before Christmas.
