Unlike most businesses, the owner of this shop will reach out to you with the utmost respect and address any issues that you have experienced. During my first visit here I received a bad tire which went flat shortly after leaving the shop. While at the shop I was told by one of the employees that I would receive a refund. I received a horrible tire which went flat shortly after leaving the shop. The tire had a huge hole and was not repairable. It also had a heat ring which means that it could have exploded at any time. While at the shop I was told by one of the employees that I would receive a refund if I returned the tire within 3 days. After returning I did not receive a refund. I recommend everyone to go somewhere else where you will receive better and SAFER tires.
