They booked literally 13 surgeries for one doctor at 7am... the waiting room was packed during a pandemic and what was supposed to take 2-3 hours total has now taken 5 hours and counting. Supposed to be easy in and out eye surgery... instead we are already 2 hours behind and counting. How are patients supposed to handle work request and sitters when we can’t be scheduled for individual appointments? You can bet they wont pay the sitter the extra time. Dr. Torres is totally awesome. She is very confident, yet not arrogant. She doesn't beat around the bush, but tells you exactly what you need to hear and then tells you how she is going to fix it. Then she does it.
