Dr. Ravi and his staff were very friendly and took great care of my daughter and her wisdom teeth. They put me at ease and answered all my questions.
When a patient is prescribed and taking an antidepressant that when there isn't any refills and Setma will not authorize any refills without seeing the patient, they call said patient relaying this information so the patient can be seen before running out of medication. Do they do that, no they don't. Setma let's a patient try to cope without their medication while waiting on the refill. Had a 1 appointment waited 2 days to get in feel like I have the flu been going to this facility for 20 years it seems like have always had insurance as of today I owe them $25, at 1:45 was told would I like to reschedule because they were on hold and could not confirm my new insurance I hate that I got seven foot of water in my home and did not have my insurance card was so disgusted after waiting 2 days of being sick and to be treated like this my name is William flowers
I have been going to the Calder location for years now and I've been taken very good care of. When i have my asthma attacks they are great and quick to help me. I give them all a 5
My Dr is Aziz and I have no problems with him or his staff... They are all been very helpful when I need or ask something... The vampires in the lab are all pretty good, no complaints on them either...
Charged a copay JUST TO MEET the pediatrician. Sad. Just wanted to meet her to see if she would be a good fit for our child on one on the way. I would like to know what codes they are using to charge just to meet the doctor? If I gotta pay $45 just to meet the doctor then I don't think I want to stay as a patient.
