Pleasant staff. I felt my needs were addressed. My only complaint is that after the sample for biopsy was taken a prescription was supposed to be given and it was not. I will have to call the office to see about getting it. Otherwise. Great service.
This office is a well oiled machine and so friendly! Dr. Patel is super personable and easy to talk to, and the appointment went smoothly and quickly!
I had the worst experience with Dr. Patel. Waited over 2 hours for an appointment (scheduled at 3:15, seen at 5:30) for him to spend less than 5 minutes with me, most of which he talked about how much money he’d be collecting from my insurance for the 4 prescriptions he insisted I needed with no explanation. When I asked for more information my concerns about an extremely harsh treatment were dismissed, and I was told I had “no other option” to treat my condition (when in fact I did).
