Dr. Sotolongo saved my life and I absolutely love Christie
Very professional and excellent customer experience. They get you in and out with the most recent times and patience.
Doctor Bransford was great with my grandfather during his hospital visit. He was the in call doctor for Sotolongo. However, waiting 3 hours for a follow up visit at the office just to see the NP is ridiculous. Very disappointed.
It may take extra time waiting but I have seen other offices who do not care. This does and your time is well spent.
I was very nervous about my situation also not knowing the unknown. The entire Staff was so very pleasant ,kind and understanding. They explained each process and procedure so you know what to expect. It take's a "Special kind of Heart to work with Heart's.
I know without a doubt the staff over there is very caring. I got sick after my stress test and I can honestly say I was acknowledged and well taken care of. I appreciate everyone that showed me compassion. I couldn't drive I was weak. Someone was with me until a friend of mine came pick me up. Excellent, Excellent Service. Special Thanks To Cheryl Davis because she sat and monitored me closely. But everyone was wonderful.
