I have to express my gratitude to Dr Pamela Masella MD, she saw me at Mission Trail Brooks City Base Hospital. I was admitted for abdominal pain and more, the admitting Dr wanted to send me home but she wanted to find out the root cause. My gallbladder was removed after extensive testing to rule out ulcers. This Dr has a great bedside manner, she took the time to reassure me she was going to find out what was going on before discharging me as I was worried about going home without diagnosis. Dr. Glass is the best! The office staff is really nice and helpful. Monica does everything she can to help. Do not go anywhere else, they are truly a God send.
I have called over 20 times and answering machine state their close, yet they open at 9am. Its 9:46am
Dr. Franklin’s section is horrible, not him but his office staff are the most rude and unprofessional ladies you’ll ever work with! They were on their phones taking personal calls instead of servicing me and others, and just plain rude especially the employee named Monica, avoid her if possible, the office was very dirty and they were very bad at giving me general information about my paperwork. I won’t ever be returning.
