No "pain management" at all-just tried to sell me implant surgery for the wrong condition 10 minutes into first appointment before seeing so much as 1 x-ray or scan- then wrote a prescription for a $400 ridiculous and highly problematic narcotic medication. I'm homeless and in a wheelchair. Kickbacks anyone??? All Bosche does is sell implants for Boston Scientific or whoever and $2000 "pain shots" that independent research shows are mostly ineffective and damaging to soft tissue in spine. I had an amazing experience with Dr. BOSCH and his staff. I have been in excruciating pain for the past few months. Wanting to avoid surgery, I decided to give pain management a try. Best decision I could have made! At my first appointment meeting Dr. Bisch,he was very caring and listened to all of my issues and concerns. 100% satisfied with the doctor and the staff. Great expressions of caring and concern. Yes, managing pain is difficult, and they all are on the ball in providing a good service, and focused. Good medical practice.Thankful I have this option!
I am under the care of the Mayo Clinic and due to my widespread AVN, I was told not to take any steroids. Dr. Bosch decided today to give me an injection in my back with steroids without my consent. He has done injections numerous times without using steroids in the past (I have been a patient here for 6 years). After confronting him about why he did this, he basically told me it was safe.
