Made an appt for my daughter. Was told to be there at 8:10am for paperwork. We got there at 8am. Doors locked. There was another family waiting as well. We both called & the answering service replied they dont even open until 9am even though 2 of us had 8am something appts. I called the answering service back & they informed me our appt was changed to 5pm!! Never got a phone call asking me about this what so ever! Ever got an apology or anything!
