Our experience with CubeSmart was excellent. Norma did a good job checking us in and getting us setup. While we had our items in storage Oliver went above and beyond to make sure our stuff was safe and that all of our questions were answered. Oliver, the store manager of CubeSmart on Hampden, made it such an easy experience to rent a unit and get all my stuff stored within minutes of walking in the door. I also love that the building is kept very well. My unit in particular was nice and clean the outside area where I drive up is well taken care of. I’ve rented from other storage places in the past and having a nice building and that units are well lit and clean isn’t always a guarantee. It’s nice to know that CubeSmart makes that a priority.
