My girlfriend and I have had a a unit here for a few years. Check-in was a breeze. And when my elderly father needed temporary storage, Oliver took care of him as well. Simply put, Oliver is amazing!
The facility is great. I was moving in yesterday and realized I needed a larger unit. Oliver on the spot assigned a larger unit for me right then. Thats what you get by not visiting the facility first. Oliver the manager was right on top of it for me. I had a loaded moving truck outside. Thank you Oliver for all your help on a Saturday afternoon!
Oliver helped me get a small 5x5 storage today and was beyond helpful. He was a friendly gentleman with great customer service. Would recommend this place highly.
Oliver has is not really as nice as he fakes being after you move in. If you move out expect backlash & collection activity and auction threats on an empty unit. Unbelievable
