Southeast did a great job with my home repairs. I had water damage and needed my floors redone, walls painted, and my ceiling patched up from the leak. Everything looks great and you can’t even tell there was ever any damage!
I used Southeast Restoration for both mitigation and home repair, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dylan, Kyle, and their team were amazing professional, kind, and truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Jeremy, Scott, and Nicole were all sweet as pie and never once felt like strangers. Scott even came around to liking my master bath color choice (he wasn’t sure at first ), which says a lot! I already have another project I want to use Southeast Restoration for, and I know I’ll be in good hands again.
We had an incredible experience with Southeast Restoration. We were expecting twins in a few weeks when our fridge leaked and caused extensive damage to our downstairs. SR handled everything from dealing with insurance to demo and rebuilding everything perfectly. It was the most painless experience I’ve ever had while dealing with home repairs. Jeremy and Kevin truly went above and beyond to help us so we did not have to worry about anything with our newborns. We couldn’t recommend them more!

My wife interacted with the team more than I, and she commented several times how courteous and professional everyone was to her and to our cat, Antonio, who likes to watch the activity. While I never present during the renovation, I did interact with Jeremy, the project manager, over the phone and was extremely impressed with his professionalism.
