My experience with Southeast restoration was 10/10. Super professional, very communicative and ensured I was in the loop with the restoration process every step of the way. The level of detail at every step left me super impressed. Any delay that occurred was a result of waiting on insurance and not due to Southeast. Their messaging system is so easy to use, and they are so responsive, knowledgeable and willing to answer my 100 questions along the way. Chad Parker (field/on site) and Rachel McMillen (office) are exceptional people who work for Southeast Restoration that exemplify professionalism and dedication to customer service.
