This place has closed and trying to bill for services never rendered. #Corrupt
Go somewhere else!! No one will ever return a call, and they don't answer the phone. People of front are rude. They can't get their billing correct. Now I never see cars there and wondering if they've closed.
By employing friendly, compassionate and infromed personnel. Also, they need to return phone calls (which they request from you), especially after 9 months.
Little to no communication from this office. We had to call after weeks of waiting to get any information. Once I received my cpap device and paid what I thought was my part (after insurance adjustments, etc) I heard nothing until months later I received a bill stating it was 90-120 days overdue. None of the amounts on my bill match what I have received by my insurance company on my EOB statements. I’m beginning to suspect insurance fraud as NO-ONE will return our multiple calls. I would not recommend this office to anyone!
Please leave a message, seems to be their motto. Don't bother, they will not calll you back. Customer service is the worst. Use only as last resort. This is in Greenville, the others ones can't be this bad.
I was quite impressed that the manager of the center called when there seemed to be an issue getting my insurance company to approve my study. All got approved and I was successful in having the study done by extremely professional amiable staff. I'm looking forward to hearing about the results!
This place has the most professional & kind staff. I have been going here 8+ years and it has always been helpful.
