The billing department is terrible. They over charge or double bill insurance and then REFUSE to fix it. The billing lady is named Cindy and she is downright nasty in the way she talks to people. She screamed at me Infront of a room of people! And I have seen her talk to others this way.
The Dr and the whole staff were amazing! The place was packed but they got me in quickly. The nursing staff were kind and helpful (I was very nervous). Dr. Barngrover was very personable and easy to speak with, and when it came to the procedure I am very glad it was him. He did a great job! Thank you everyone!
